Refund policy

If you have any questions regarding your exchange contact info@lacecottage.com with your order number in the subject line.

We offer store credit or limited exchanges for garments that are unworn and in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Exchanges are not guaranteed, as they are assessed on a case by case basis and determined by the available stock at the time of your request. We do not process refunds for returned items.

All shipping for return/exchange is at the customer's cost. We reserve the right to cancel orders in which case a full refund will be issued.
